FFL Sig. date???

    As long as it has not expired and is OK in EZ Check I am good with it.

    The regulations only state that the license be signed and makes no mention of a time limit on the signature.

    Contact the FFL directly if you can, to try and verify he hasn't left us, and still willing to receive the gun.

    Any of those could have happened five minutes after he signed the license or two years after he signed the license....it frankly does not matter.

    If you fail to verify the validity of the license you are playing with fire. It takes two minutes to use the ATF FFL EzCheck.

    I scanned my signed and dated FFL over a year ago and stored it in my computer. When I need to email a ffl I just email a copy of that one as an attachment. I've sent it to over 50 dealers without a complaint. As long as the ffl is still valid it shouldn't matter how long ago it was dated.
