M1carbine with HI-cap mags

I am thinking about listing a M! carbine with paratrooper stock {NOT a real, issued paratrooper gun} with mags on GB. My question is, I have 5 rnd, 15 rnd, and 30 rnd mags in the proposed sale. How do I handle the states that infringe on the ownership of them??
Many of the mags I wish to include in the auction are WW2 and Korean vintage. Some are unmarked. Your advice please.

    Note on the auction that the Hi-Cap mags can't be sent to the States and Cities that prohibit them.

    Simply state clearly in the auction that the high capacity magazines cannot be shipped to areas where they are restricted.

    or include 1 mag. with the rifle (carbine) and list the mags. separate but include a link in the rifle auction.

    Five rounders: Good to go.

    Fifteen rounders: So many made during WWII that no one ever re-tooled for them after the war. They are all WWII production, and they will have a manufacturer's code imprinted onto the spine. Good to go in NY (and other states that have a hi-cap ban but allow mags that existed prior to the AWB).

    Fifteen rounders: You're on your own, I'm afraid. Perhaps others can chime in with their 2c

    USGI 30 rd mags sell in the $50-75 range, so it makes sense to sell them separately.

    If you are concerned about the states where they are legal, check ATF P5300.5 on ATF's website.

    Federal law requires you to obey the firearms laws in states other than your own. Federal law says nothing about firearms accessories laws in other states.

    Thank you all for your advice. About 10 of my 15 rounders are "U" stamped...not a big $ item. I did check about 250 completed auctions here, and found only 2 30GI's sold. { one for $19 and one for $39.} They sell for about $20 around my area. thanks again

    You can rule out NJ as an M1 Carbine is a "bad" gun which is prohibited there. Funny tho that the 15 round mags (or less) are OK. Rumor has it that one new brand of carbine is OK, but I haven't had that confirmed.

    The ONLY thing I miss about driving thru NJ to get to englishtown raceway park is stopping on the highway and pissing on it. Can not a C&R holder in NJ own this gun?

    Having a C&R license in the PR of NJ is worthless. The Feds have told people not to even bother with the application.
