E.James & Co. Shotgun info Please

I Got this E.James & Co shot gun can anyone help me out with any info on it I think its a 12 ga but the barrel say 14?? anything will be greatly appreciated here are some picture Please jut click on the links.

  E. James & CO (Enos James & CO) English gun maker located at 36 to 57 Loveday Street (1880 to 1889), 14 St. Mary;s Row (1889 to 1920) and 32 Weaman Street (1920 to 1938) Birmingham, England and Stemford Street London (1899). The firm made good quality double barrel shotguns that were widely sold in the United States up until the beginning of World War One. All the guns which sold new for about thirty pounds (a lot of money back then) had twist, laminated or damascus barrels. In my opinion that makes them unsafe to shoot with any modern ammunition. The number 14 is not the gauge but an inspectors mark as they made guns in 10 and 12 gauges only.

  About what I'd expect in a Birmingham offering. Maybe a bit nicer than usual. Still... Not a piece to plan your retirement around.
