Gun value???

I have a derringer maverick 45. a. uberti & c. gardone v.t.italy..... with 534 on top of the barrel and down by the trigger also number 70 under the barrel. the two bullets say on the bottom colt 45 w-w. can anyone tell me what this gun is worth.

  The Uberti Maverick Derringers were imported for a short time in the late 60's. This was before the "Gun Control Act of 1968" law came into effect. Cosmetically they had a excellent appearance with their case hardened frames. Being one of the few derringers chambered for the .45 Colt was also a plus. If yours is factory original in Excellent condition IMHO it would probably be in the $400 - $500 range. The guys who are into western reenactment type shooting would be really hot to get their hands on one.
