identifying that rifle

i need help finding the, make and model of a certain lever action rifle used by woody harrelson's character in the movie zombieland. im having trouble because it looks to be about 16 inches long and im not to informed on guns in general. thank you for ur help.

  I could be wrong but isn't the barrel band on a 92 trapper in front of the front sight?
  I've never seen the movie so all I have is that pic

  It is on the sporting rifle, but not on the carbine.
  The one in the movie is supoosed to be made from a carbine.
  Its called a mares leg. Its been shortened.
