Browning semi auto conversion question

Can someone tell me if it is possible to find someone to convert a Browning .243 BAR to a .260? I have one that I would like to do it to, as I need a little more power.[?]

  your rifle can be rebarreled or rebored to the .260 but cost wise it would be cheaper to sell it and buy a .260
