Although original sword guns are very rare and collectible, this is simply a decorator piece to hang on the wall. Value maybe $50 as a curio.

Don't want to pee in your corn flakes, but it looks like a mediocre replica of a 17th Century German hunting sword to me. It appears to be more of a wall hanging decorator/conversation piece then anything else. The blade doesn't appear to be steel as the original would have been. There is a outfit in Spain that make many similar replicas out of pot metal, it appears very similar to some of their production. 0 -

The screws look like they came right out of a Spanish hardware store parts bin! I've seen these in curio shops all over Seville selling for 75 Euros ($100). 0 -
