Walther 25 and dagger
My grandfather was in WW2 and killed a German Admiral accquiring an set of weapons in cluding these 2 items. An pearl looking handled dagger with scabbard. Very ornate lots of engraving compared to others ive seen and an Walther 25. Any idea what a set like this is worth? I dont want to sell, to much history, But I do want to insure it.

At the very least we need to see photos of the dagger; I mean how can someone judge "ornate" without getting a look at it, much less figure out what type of dagger it is? We have to guess that it is a German Naval Dagger but how can we know if we can't see it or you don't tell us? What model Walther pistol that are we talking about? Model 8, Model 9, PP , PPK? Any markings on the pistol? What is the condition? 0 -

Seeing Walther .25 makes me automatically think Model 8 or Model 9 but if it is a PP it is worth thousands and if it is a PPK then several thousand! Normally .25 PP or .25 PPK is not too likely, but because it came from an Admiral it could very well be possible.0
