Questions:
1. Can a seller close a bidding session early & hold the last bidder responsible to purchase when there is no reserve?
2. Can a seller close a bidding session early & hold the last bidder responsible to purchase when there is a reserve, but not met?

  If a seller closes an auction early, he is obligated to sell it to the current high bidder if there is no reserve. If there is a reserve that hasn't been met, there is no contract and the seller can relist the item.
