Over $ 50.00 I would think.. list it with a reserve and see....

Or, do as many prefer and list it $50 with NO RESERVE and see what it brings. If it gets no bids....it was priced too high. Starting it at $50 may encourage many to bid who might not otherwise in a reserve auction.

You didn't ask but in my opinion you have made a mistake in selling the shroud. At some point in the future the ownership of the pistol will change. The new owner, if he knows what he has, will notice the three holes in the revolver where the shroud was attached and will either live with them or seek out a shroud to install on the revolver.

The shroud was effective in making the gun usable for carrying in the pocket. S & W accomplished the same thing by making a model with a hump in the receiver that followed the arc of the hammer movement.

For a mere $25 or a bit more, the poster has destroyed the collector value of the original gun, reducing its value by $100 or more. Makes no sense to me. Couldn't the shroud just be removed and put in an envelope with its screws awaiting the time when the gun is passed on?
