Gotha/H.andreas german doublebarrel shotgun help!

im looking for help on finding out about a highly engraved double barrell 16 gauge receiver looks to be coin nickle it has bird scenes, rabbits etc... the only names i find on it is one one side it says Gotha and the other side says H.andreas if anyone knows anything about this gun i would appreciate it!!!

  For what it's worth...
  
  Andreas (Andrew) was the maker. Gotha the region in Germany. Other than that there likely will be very little else. Records were destroyed by two wars. That is unless his family has somehow continued to make guns after WW2.
