Norinco ATD and Browning 22 interchangeability

I just got this Norinco ATD which is a copy of the Browning 22 semi-auto rifle. Its missing the cartridge stop. Does anybody know if the cartridge stop of Browning will work with the Norinco ATD?

  No, but I believe either Sarco or Numrich has the ATD stops.
