Need Scope base ID
Anyone know who makes these? I need to find rings to fit. No guesses please. Sorry they are a tad out of focus, great telephoto camera, but I pushed the close focus a little too far.

Those bases are called "blocks". They are for attaching the old type long target scopes with adjustable rings. I can't see as much detail as I need due to the blur but the milled out half moon shape in the edge of the block looks bigger than standard. Do a search for Unertl, Lyman Super Targetspot and Balvar 24 and you will probably see a scope with rings that will fit your blocks. The rings generally stay with the scopes that commonly have 3/4" tubes. 0 -

Remove the bases and read off the letter if it's commercial make.
Blocks should measure about .475 wide.
I believe lyman and Unertl external mounts fit universal blocks.
Yours may be home made since both the above makers used ring shaped clamp screw cutouts where yours are cylindrical, unless they've been modified.
In your shoes, I'd replace the blocks with standard blocks.
You need to measure their heights and hole spacings and find a chart
that matches them up. If yours have letter markings underneath it's easier to I.D..
Ebay regularly lists blocks under Unertl.0
