need help identifing some 9 mm luger ammo case is silver stamped 9mm luger f large space then c ,also lead is covered in a heavy wax substance dark blue in color grain unsure,what have i got , an is it legal ?

  Sounds like Federal Nyclad.
  If so, it's as legal as any other.
  It is NOT "Teflon coated armor piercing."
