    Although by the serial number it's very early production. The very heavy wear it's seen, from what looks like pocket carry with out a holster, would have a negative affect on it's value. IMHO it would be a $200/$300 gun if it's functional.

    The Model 1908 Colt .25's were made in quantity, over 35+ year production run. Many were never carried, but stashed away unfired in a bureau drawer. Because of this, one's in very worn condition don't have any collectors value, and can only be sold as "shooters".
