Winchester legacy

I have a model 94 legacy 38 55 with a serial number of G564416 and have no idea what year the serial number represents. Does anybody have the legacy production serial number/ production date information.

  I was wondering how you go about finding the production year by the serial number after about 6,000,000. I can of course find when they stated making certain guns but nothing on the actual production year by serial number. The one I am looking at is 6430412 Legacy 30 30.

  There were 3 different Models of Legacy. There were the round barrels that had the 20 or 24 inch barrel, then the 26 inch round barrel model, then the octagon barrel. The 26 inch, and octagon models wwere color case hardened reciever's.
  
  The Legacy had a pistolgrip stock, not straight stock, but so did several other models.

  Is there any way to tell by the serial number if it is a legacy?
