What is this part???

I received this about a year ago in error when I ordered a Dillon 550 powder bar...which this is not.

Can someone help me ID this?

It may be from the Dillon shot shell reloader , probably the shot dispenser bar

Adjustable powder Bar . the allen head / set screw allows you to move the Brass piece to make the open area smaller or larger.
