win-13 VS wra recievers M-1 Garand
I seem to barely remember some info about this but wish to refer to my knowledgeable fellow gun nuts.
I think that the win-13 reciever was the best and last version of the m-1 garand produced by winchester, but I cant remember what was so much better about that reciever compared to the older wra recievers.
Please help im thinking of buying a win-13 gun and I wanta make sure that its worth the high cost.

I am unaware of any supposed superiority of WIN-13 receivers. ALL ORIGINAL WIN-13 rifles are valuable because of their scarcity, plus the desirability of the Winchester name to Winchester collectors.
My observation is that late Korean War M1 rifles made by Springfield Armory are the highest quality produced.

Ok guys I need a Lesson on M1's I got mine from the DCM when they were $112.00 how do I tell if mine is a Win-13[?] Mine looked Brand New when I got it [^] 0 -
It will be marked WIN-13 on the receiver leg, before the drawing number. 0
