i got a H J sterling double barrel shotgun and i was wondering if any one knew the worth of it i couldnt find any listed on gunbroker.com any help would be appreciated thanks

  It's a Belgium made hammer gun, dating to the early years of the 20th Century. Because of it's age and the manufacturing techniques used in making the barrels, it would be unsafe with modern ammo. These early Belgian made shotguns are quite common, we get many questions regarding them. Due to the factors noted above, their only value are as wall hangers over the mantle. It's cosmetics would be the major factor affecting it's value.
