Webley or Enfield?

I have no idea how to determine which I have here. The barrel has been poorly cut-off. I simply want to know which it is, so I can get the correct barrel, strip it, and then most likely phosphate it.

  I have obtained a double action only break top .38 that the barrel has been hack-sawed. How can I tell if this is a Webley or an Enfield? I would like to replace the barrel.

  Thanks, James. Barrel from Numrich no problem. Sight blade, sight screw, and lanyard ring I cannot find.
