weaver k10
hello all have a weaver k10 which i cant seem to get into focus. i can get the cross hairs in focus but not the target ,let me say at 20 yds. am i not far enough away? seems as if i look further away it's better.also how are what is the pallalax adjustment on the front do? has 6 screws around the circumference,but how do you adjust it? thanks Kevin

To adjust lossen the knurled outer ring and the inner ring will turn. Just line up the yardage number with the set indicater 0 -
the k-10 is a 'varmit/target scope, I doubt you'll be able to focus at 20 yrds. try 100 yards 0 -
look at the front lens as three pieces two rings one in front of the lens and one behind the lens to move the lens you loosen one ring and then turn the other ring the same direction If you loosen the ring nearest the turrets first this will let you move the lens toward the turret if you loosen the lens toward the front end of the scope this will let you move lens forward. Most target type scopes can focus as short as 50 FEET 0
