  Looks like a standard T.38 long rifle with standard T.30 bayonet to me.
  
  I don't see anything about a half moon shaped buttplate release described in your earlier post, but some of the pic links don't work.
  
  Another tip- the post is locked after 10 replies so try putting all your pictures in one post if possible.
