winchester 92

i have a model 92 win in 32wcf that appears to have a smooth barrel. a .311 lead slug will go thru the barrel will only a little effort and with no rifling impressions on it. can anyone give any information on what i'm dealing with here?

  I have a Winchester Model 1892 that is a shooter not a collector. I am looking for a stock and forearm in better shape then those that are on it and have been told that the stocks and forearms from the Model 1894 will fit the 1892. Anyone know for a fact that this is true?

  Check at Brownells, they have repro stocks for the 92. S40

  Yes. The butt stock is ok, but will the forearm from a 94 fit the barrel on a 92? The Puma/rossi looks closer.
