psl or saiga 308

Looking at buying a plinker with power. I currently own a mosin and a tikka in the respective calibers so either would be guns that would fit into my ammo invertory. what do you think?

Edit:Vepr is a beautiful gun but do they come a little cheaper?

  Instead of a saiga, what about a Super Vepr 308? Their more accurate which makes plinkin fun.
