RAUFOSS mk211 .50 bulk ammo buy question

Hey guys I just bought some ammo off a trusted dealer on GB and checked authenticity of the rounds which raised red flags, the same ammo from the same person was bought by other people who have already xrayed it and found it to be fake and just ball rounds painted. My rounds weight 112.5g- 113g looking like M1 rounds. I contacted the seller on the 4th day of the delivery and he refused refund. Obviously these have been confirmed fake by other people and mine are not looking good either, they are slender and display the wrong cartrige weight, I am looking for a way to further authenticate. Horrible shipping.

I need some advice on how to proceed next. Once I get them xrayed too, can I file a fraud report? I see people leaving positive feedback for him without even knowing these are fake and also what about all the people in the future he will take for 1200$+
