Gunshow
I am headed to the gun show this weekend and have a question. I am looking to buy a Glock 27 New and wanted to know the dealer cost, so I am informed when I make some offers. I don't want to get ripped off, but I don't want to make offers less than what the dealers pay..Any input on the glock 27 is appreciated. It's going to be a concealed carry firearm...

Is there a number a guy could call to check a s/n on a gun to make sure it's not stolen when buying a gun from an individual at a Oklahoma gun show. All this talk about stolen guns makes me want to shy away from buying from a "walker" in the gun show, which sucks cause a guy Can get a good deal. Thanks 0 -
No. The stolen gun list at Treasury can only be accessed by law enforcement.
Yes, there is some element of risk when you buy any gun that is not New In Box from a dealer. But, you need to use some caution when buying from anyone you don't know. If the seller doesn't ask to see your drivers license, that should be a red flag. If he won't show you his drivers license, & let you copy the information, RUN AWAY FROM HIM. If the asking price is ridiculously cheap, that should be a red flag, too.

Thanks, mabey when I'm at a gunshow and I find a good deal the guys at OPP's will help me for a small fee. I've bought guns and use them for my FFL on GB purchase's... They have always been very nice. 0
