Antique Switchblade Knife

I have an old Imperial USA "Midget" switch blade knife with about 1 1/2 inch blade.It has two patent numbers on the blade and a keyring loop on the pommel.

My questian to the experts>Does this little knife in good condition hold any collectors interest?How much?Is it leagal to auction off on Gunbroker?

    If our folks can't answer your questions. You might consider posting them on the knife forum. I believe they have a special board for switchblades.

    List it under KNIVES AND EDGED ITEMS---AUTOMATIC [;)]
    These is only 13 pages listed there now [8D]
    In some of the states listed your short one still might be legal.

    After doing more research,I'v descovered that in my state (Va.)they are legal to own but not carry(few exceptions).But are illegal to mail across state lines.So I guess I'd better not put it up for auctions on GB.
