Arsenal Saiga AK-74

I've been drawn to the ads for an Arsenal Saiga AK-74 lately. They cost a chunk of change for an AK, around $800, but they appear to be a major quality improvement over other AK's on the market. I sold my WASR AK a while back because I couldn't live with 8 inch and larger groups at 100 yards but still want an AK in my gun closet. Has anyone had experience with the Arsenal Saiga AK-74? Are they worth the money? Are they significantly more accurate than other AK's?
