What is the difference between a no.7 and a no. 9,H&R Bay State.Are they made the same. Bill

  I can find no description or illustration for either a H.& R. No. 7 or a No.9. All the guns listed in my reference have year numbers designations like Model 1905 or Model 1908, Is your gun a single barrel or a double barrel. As for the Bay State, that is a "Trade Brand Name" that H & R put on some of their guns.

  My gunis a single barrel. In the blue book they list,a 7 and 9 Bay State,H&R.I thought somebody new the difference in the models.Also i sent you a e-mail on your book,it must have not gone through.I wanted to know how to get it. Bill
