AR BOLT LOCK UP

My new AR 6.5 GRENDEL with Lapur bbl. will lock up 3 times 1n 20 rounds,I have to take a mallet to open the bolt,every thing looks good and every thing is clean, factory Horandy amo.It shoots great,till lock up.Any ideas whats wrong?

  Dirty chamber, lack of lube, overloaded ammo- those would be my first thoughts. BTW, that charging handle is not a striking platform.

  Bulged chamber is another possibility.
  If you have another bolt, try it.
  If you don't have brisk ejection maybe a little more gas is in order.
  It reminds me of jammed M-1s where many a GI had to stomp on the operating handle to clear his weapon.

  Cleaned chamber & oiled well,Mobuck was correct,fired 20 rounds,no problem, thanks.
