What are These
The item on the left is concave on the other end and shaped like a bullet and marked H13, center some type of tool marked M1 .30 and to the right are these Lee?

I found these in a box marked small and large primer tool. The one above is a RCBS priming plunger and cup the ones below are the same size with out the threads and hole to tighten.

RCBS primer plugs and sleeves. I believe the early ones were not threaded. 0 -

Yep, on the older RCBS primer arms a set screw was used to secure the stem...hes gonna need some springs though to make them functional0 -
If they are old enough, you might even note that some are flat and some cupped. That's because you used to be able to buy domed primers, and the seat stem had to be concave to keep from mooshing them during seating. 0
