7.62x39 Chinese military ammo value
Bullets have 1/8" of lead followed by a steel slug.
The slug isn't hardened.
My take is the lead acts as a lubricant for the slug to penetrate a hard target.
Some ammo is in spam cans with SKS clips and some is in 20rd boxes marked Norinco.
All headstamps are alike.
I need a market price for a local sale in Va.

Norinco is good ammo. Not certain what caliber you are talking. Should be able to get what the market will bear. Based on age and condition. 0 -
Here in Eastern PA - 7.62x39 Norinco ammo - in just about any config. is selling at RETAIL for $7 to $7.50 per box of 20. Bulk Canned stuff is selling for about $.28 per round. Stripper clips are selling for $.10 per piece. Norinco seems to draw a bit more than the Wolf and Bear types. Your stuff seems a bit unusual - maybe would add a bit more value. 0
