Romanian Dragunov- im thinking about buying one does anyone know anything about these rifles, ie function,accuracy...etc..

First off Romania never made a Dragunov but they did make a PSL. There is a huge difference like saying a Rem 700 is the same as a Win 70, http://www.dragunov.net/

Next it is really hard to fix a problem when you give no description of what the problem is.

The magazines are loose and do not feed right. The magazines appear to not go far enough in. The bolt removes the round in the barrel but will not feed another round in.

Do your mags have the rifle's SN etched on them? They should, if they were handfitted to the rifle, which is usually necessary.

The numbers on the magazines do not match the numbers on the rifle.

Try and find a plastic one, my friend has a vepr 7.62 x39 and metal mags are loose , but his original one and after market plastic ones work great. My norinco ak takes all of them great. I know this isn't what u have, but would try it if I were u.
