More Author Hubalek
I posted a couple of years ago about a Winchester 52 that had been modified to single shot and was dressed with an A Hubalek heavy barrel. Of all things last week at a gun show, I ran into and acquired an A. Hubalek 15X dot reticle scope. I was told that he had worked for Fecker at some point and after going on his own had built 75 scopes with his own name on them. This one is serial numbered 19.
It shares some similarities with Fecker--center tube focus device for example.I've done a lot of research on the web but so far have come up with nothing to either prove or disprove what I was told. I had heard there was such an animal out there but had never seen one. Since I now have one, I can say, yes, there is such a thing but don't know anymore than that.
Is there anyone out there that can tell me more or tell me where I can find more information? History/details/value????

In the late '50s I had a .270 (Anton ?) Hubalek barrel put on
my A4 Spfld action in trade for a T-3 US Carbine.
I heard he was a great barrel maker and was either dead or out of business by then. Haven't heard the name since.0
