Information on my LC Smith Shotgun

I have a LC Smith I believe to be a 12g side by side shotgun. Sir# 14618 F. The barrel looks to be damascus?? The barrel has two individual triggers. Also it has a PAT'D date MAR 2083 on the inside of the stock, and another PAT'D date JUNE 1-89 on the inner side of the forarm. I'm looking for information on this shotgun and its worth???
