What's the official word on how cap and ball pistols have to be shipped?

USPS? UPS? FED-EX? Air or ground?

If States matter, this one is going from Idaho to Georgia

  Watch where your shipping them though. With the aftermarket cylinders that fire conventional ammo that's available for them, some of the more left wing, liberal places might not be the best place to ship them to, using the USPS. Legal or not, as far as the feds are concerned.
