Brass looking .410 cases?

I found 5 brass/metal.410 empty hulls at our local flea market the other day. They are 3" size and seem to have a very small primer in them. Headstamp has a date of 1970 I believe. Anyone seem these before? I have seen older 12 ga but not .410?

Thanks for any info.

  cbc from brazil makes them new that take a rifle/pistol primer, i have a few boxes each of 410.12,20ga

  Check it with a magnet. Russian made "GOLDEN BEAR" .410 bore shot shells are mild, annealed steel with a copper wash. I've fired a fair amount of those - only got stuck in my Mossberg 500-E.
