    Generally the smaller gauge shotguns are worth more to collectors. Most H & R singles were made and sold as inexpensive utility guns, though. How much collector demand/value there would be for one such as you describe, is questionable?

    If it's v.good to v.good + condition and everything works - you can expect to see current RETAIL values around $150 for a Bay State 28 ga.

    Because its a 28 gauge I'm going to say minimum of $200.
