These guns were imported for a number of years by different importers, including by FIE (which is what you have) and Magtech as the model 151.

Unfortunately a single shot Brazilian .410 is not a particularly desirable gun in a not that desirable gauge. Its a reasonable "starter" gun for a kid.

My guesstimate is $60-90, assuming its in good shape. If its brand new in box, or has really attractive wood you might be able to get a little more for it. Less if it has a worn finish or wood.

If you're interested in selling it, its pretty much got to be local, or you'll take a significant knock on the price.

Its not going to be worth it for someone to pay $25-30 shipping and then on top of that a $20-40 transfer fee to acquire something like this out of state.

Fifty bucks if it is in average condition or $75 if it is really nice looking. Beantown already pointed out some of the issues selling it outside of a local venue like a gun show (examples):

    $60 for the gun

    $20 for shipping

    $25 dealer transfer fee

    $5 for sales tax

The $60 gun eventually becomes a $100 gun to the buyer!
