Same OAL for both. 0 -
bpost,
"Same OAL for both."
Actually, this is incorrect.
.458 Lott = 3.600" OAL
.300 Win. Mag. = 3.340" OAL
The Lott uses the full length .375 H&H case as a parent. The Win. Mag. is a reduced length for standard length actions often referred to as '06 length since the OALs are similar.
However, the real question is what action are you proposing to use since not all actions are created equal at the factory especially when the magazine lengths are called into question?
Remington M700 Long Actions can be used as can the Winchester. Others are limited to the shorter standard magazines by design. Tell us which action you are concerned with.

The Winchester M70 long action is one of several actions which will take 375H&H length cartridges. So my question is what action type are you considering for your project? Because the answer to your question as asked is maybe... 0
