You need the barrel, magazine, and extractor, and the RECOIL spring(the 10mm recoil spring is heavier than the 45). I do believe that you will find that the extractor cut in the 10mm slides breech face is different than the 45's. Therefor, you will need the whole upper, and a magazine or three.

Recoil springs from Glock are the SAME for 20/21 so that part is no
problem. I would highly advise a wolff guide rod and haevy spring kit.
50GI has a rebated rim which is same as .45acp.
There is a steel rib in M21/10mm mag which limits a .45acp from rising
    up to the feed lips.
I filed this down with no ill affects in order to run .45 in acouple
of extra 10mm mags I have. NO jams or ANY problems.
    (this is an option).
If you obtain a barrel, you should be good to go.
Guncrafter Industries is a proponent of this cartridge I would advise
    calling them.
    They may be the experts,
Good Luck and most of all have fun!
