German Luger inspection stamp????

I have a 1941 Luger in nice shape that I inherited. I believe my father purchased it for collector purposes. It's been sitting in my safe for 15 years and he probably had it for another 20. I pulled it out to clean (dusty) and upon removing the grips, found a small paper stamp bearing the Eagle/Nazi emblem, a number 59 (matching all part numbers except mag), and initials. I've searched high an low to find any threads on this topic and have come up short. Does this add any value to this luger? And Thanks Rufe- for the image upload tip.

    Something new to me. Never saw or heard of any sort paper inspection document being included with a Luger. If none of our folks can help, post your question(s) to the guys on the Luger forum. They are quite knowledgeable on all things Luger.
