Hey Folks:

I'm looking for a nice heavy barrel for my 700 in 30-06. Does anyone help ID this one in an auction. All the seller knows and sees is there:

i can understand no name.. but no caliber marks ?? looks to be for a savage action

Judging from all the threads, I'd guess it's for a Savage 110

Ask him to measure the outside diameter of the threaded area as well as how many threads per inch there is if he has a thread gauge.

I'm in agreement with the others it is a Savage 110/112 barrel.
