357 mag load
What do you think ? Hodgdon HP-38 @ 6.2 .. Remington 158 gr jhp .. New Winchester brass .. Winchester WSPM Primer .. This is a good mix so far, What can I change, For a little better accuracy ?.. Maybe a slower burning powder.

Your 6.2 load is the starting load in the book. You can go up to 6.9 max. If you are happy, stick with it. There are a bunch of powders that work good in the 357. If you have some it never hurts to work another load. 0 -
The first thing I'd do is to switch to a standard primer. That load doesn't need a magnum primer, and the excessive power may be hurting accuracy. 0 -
Alliant's 2400 powder is great in the 357 mag. 0 -
H110 is my go to powder for true magnum performance in the 357. I've heard H4227 is also a good choice. I used mag primers with the mag type powders.
For all other loads, plinking and 38 special, I use Unique with great success. Standard primers.0 -
Try Titegroup you will like it. 0 -
I have always preferred Hodgdon H110 or Winchester 296 for powder in the 357 for heavy bullets 0 -
Go with the standard primer and I do like that Titegroup!
You're doing great by starting at the low end and working up. Every gun is different and loads have to be tailored to your baby0
