CCR vs FFL
What are seller requirements regarding use of CCR or FFL. Is it strictly a matter of the age of the firearm? Is CCR only good for up to 1899 and FFL thereafter?

I am going to assume you mean C&R. A C&R IS an FFL.

Sorry bout that, I just filled out a contractor registration CCR for our company. Must have stuck in the ol' head.
I'm a bit confused that some firearm shipping requires C&R and others FFL. An example would be: If I were selling two guns, one built in 1899 and one in 1913 what would I need the buyer to send me prior to shipping?0 -
Provided they are both in original configuration, a C&R would cover both. 0 -
Both could be sent to the dealer ffl or to a C & R licensee holder. 0 -
The link explains it. I've always been a buyer but not a seller until recently. Thanks for the help 0
