Just purchased a used Beretta AL391 here on gunbroker. Hope to get over to the range and shoot some trap tomorrow. My question is which choke is best to use. Should I purchase a skeet (trap) choke?

  It all depends what you are going to do with it, as to what choke you use. Shorter range more open choke like IC or Skeet, mid-range go with modified, and longer range full.

  For trap I would go a minimum of Modified, Sporting Clays I. C or light Mod. I don't shoot skeet.

  Buy several different chokes and then pattern your loads at different distances to see what works best.

  Thanks guys! Used a modified choke and the gun was awesome! shot 17 out of 25 first game (which is excellent for me).
