Heaviest Bullet with 1in 9 twist rate?

In everyones experience what is the heaviest bullet in terms of accuracy can be shot in a 1 in 9 twist 223 barrel? Is this gun dependent....say in a dpms 223 bull 20. Just wondering what everyone can tell me. Thanks.

  I shoot up to the 69 gr Sierra. For the 77 or 80 gr using 1 - 7 inch.
