20 gauge!

aka jonny smith
what kinda of gun has the same kick as the 20ga. 7mm-08,260 something like that! I read in a remington magazine and they said 7mm-08!?

    OK..Just wondering You are jumping all over the place asking questions just like someone that found his dad's hunting magazines for the first time.

    As for the question, I have no ideal which has the same kick as a 20 guage.

    Hmm, I was going to try to take a stab at this, and then I thought" Wonder what kind of 20 gauge, and what kind of shells??" I come up with something between 223 and 270. And then those can vary according to weight and ammo used.

    If you don't like recoil, the 243 will handle most anything, and in a decent weight rifle it has very little recoil.

    OK then, a 458 should have as much recoil as a 20 gauge.
