I believe this would be a M1903.

$300-400 if the bore is nice.

Both your pistols are fairly hard to get a good idea of what they are when they are up side down. P38 pistols did not have Made by "Mauser" etc war time pistols had a code mark. we don't need to see pictures of Ruger place mate we need good lighting on the pistol it self.
