American Tech..Titan...advice

Any one have a opion or actual experence with the Titan. Its a copy of the 1911A1,compact, made in phillipines,Can get it for 350.00 new in box..Whats the quality of the Phill. guns/parts avalibilty or will most 1911A1 parts fit/is there a better choice in this price range for a compact 45/already tried colt and Sp arms mags and they work. Any help is appreachied..Thanks mike

    The PI made 1911A1's have been discussed on this forum many times. Due a search using Rock Island 1911's as your search term. Rock Island is the most common name that they are sold under. Many other companies import them and sell them under different names though. Not likely your going to get any other Colt clone for $350 nowadays.

    Cheapest Titan on market at DEALER COST is $400.. So if you can ge tthis at $350 the guy is either dumping them or it isnt new..
